These healthy pumpkin muffins are naturally gluten-free, sweetened with maple syrup, quick and easy to make, and so perfecty pumpkin-y.

1/2 cup Maple syrup
Pasta & grains
3 cups Oats, old-fashioned
Baking & spices
1 cup Almond milk, plain or vanilla, unsweetened
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice, homemade or store-bought
3/4 tsp Sea salt, fine
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Oils & vinegars
3 tbsp Coconut oil
